textbook: vampire weekend’s horchata will always remind me of the beach. while i was on vacation i listened to it over and over. i put our vacation video to the tune and now whenever i hear it i go straight back to anguilla. anyway, with a teasing of summer in new york, i couldn’t resist coming up with some looks inspired by the song. not exactly a character post but at least there are some parallels. enjoy.1: in december drinkin’ horchata: coat by robert geller, sweater by c.p. company, shorts by michael bastian, shoes by c.p. company2: with lips and teeth to ask how my day went: shirt and bag by bottega veneta, shorts by michael bastian, vintage shoes3: here comes the feeling you thought you’d forgotten: shirt by michael bastian, pants by missoni, i wear no shoes on the beach. love
